Room 1 Rear Private Office/Work Room/Therapy Room
Our versatile Room One is available for flexible licensing at just £100 per week, perfect for small businesses or freelancers seeking a private yet accessible workspace. Situated on the first floor, it offers easy access to communal bathroom and kitchen facilities. The room is secure, freshly decorated, and equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and custom login details. Personalisation options are available with assistance from our maintenance team.

Room Two - Front Private Office/Work Room/Therapy Room
Located at the front of the building, Room Two offers natural light and can be customised with branding on the windows for an additional fee. Inside, you'll find a spacious oak desk accompanied by an ergonomic office chair and a small round table suitable for three. The room also features a built-in bookshelf, adding charm and functionality. Equipped with six power sockets, a secure lockable door, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a bright, welcoming atmosphere.

Situated at the front of the building, this office accommodates 1 to 3 occupants. It features a large main desk with an additional workspace, which can be customised to suit your needs. Our innovative meeting room is tailored for productive conversations, client consultations, podcast recordings, and brainstorming sessions, complete with essential amenities, including video conferencing and Teams capabilities.
